CNC Machining is a cutting process in which material is removed from a block by a rotating tool, In CNC milling,the cutting tool is moved in all three or five dimensions to achieve the desired part shape. In CNC milling the cutting tool usually rotates about an axis that is perpendicular to the table that holds the material to be cut. A milling machine looks somewhat like a drill press at first glance. A cutting tool protrudes down from a rotating spindle. A block of material is placed on a moving table below the cutter. While the cutting tool turns, a computer controls the vertical (Z axis) motion of the cutter and the horizontal (X and Y axis) motion of the block of material. The cutter is guided,to move through,the material, removing portions to create shapes. CNC machining is mainly to process aluminum alloy parts.

 Knowledge: Analysis on the Cause of Zero Loss in CNC Machining Center


 Case 1, a numerical control processing center, reported that "zero loss", always in the change of knife(when the knife), or after the change of knife within 15 seconds, but in fact the zero point is not lost.
Because it always happens when the knife is changed, so check the knife exchange system, the sensor switch, the location of the knife bank, the rectifier, the relay, the line, etc., are not abnormal, and they have been repaired intermittently for a week. Finally, in the discovery of changing another battery, the battery voltage anomaly will also report such an alarm problem. G9 I: I +


 Case 2(focus! Hey! Hey! ), CNC machining center FANUC system zero problem:


 Analyze the reasons for the problem of numerical control machining center:


 1, CNC machining center system machine tool zero disappeared, may be due to absolute pulse encoder anomaly(APC) alarm.


 2, to see if the battery is dead, check the encoder line short line, whether open, whether it was pulled, to see if the shaft removal signal is abnormal these.


 3, alarm number 300 ~ 349 absolute pulse encoder(APC) alarm, you can specifically see the displayed alarm number and prompt information to determine the failure situation.


 After troubleshooting, the CNC machine tool can be returned to zero.


 5, if it is a battery replacement, the use of constant power replacement, can be exempted from setting the origin.
The following are the basic steps to carry the CNC machining center back to zero.


 1, respectively reinstall the battery on the X axis, Z axis amplifier. Set the parameter 1815 # 5 to 1, and the non-collision block return zero point method is effective.


 2, set the parameter 1815 # 4 to zero.


 3, in the hand-shake mode, the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis are respectively shaken to the place where the zero point is to be set, and the parameter 1815 # 4 is set to 1.


 4, down the machine tool, and then re-electricity.


 5, shake the X axis and Z axis back to more than 100 mm in hand shake mode, respectively.


 6, and then put the method selection back to the zero mode, manual back to zero operation. After zero is completed, the zero indicating light of the corresponding axis will be lit. (After manual zero return operation, the zero return lights of the X and Z axes will be lit. Indicates that the zero position is set. Then set the value of the soft limit bit: parameter 1320 and parameter 1321. You need to redo the knife before processing. )


 Case 3, FANUC CNC processing center, ii-MD, the battery was delayed for too long after the battery had no electricity alarm, resulting in data loss. Now the boot prompt needs to return the reference point, and can not use the block to return the reference point. By setting the 1815 parameter, it was found that the zero point can be set at any location, but after setting it, it is not afraid to go to the end of the trip(because it is not known that the machine has a mechanical limit switch, afraid of the top to the two ends of the silk pole). After the setting of the zero point to reset the limit, But I don't know how. The Z axis is also afraid to change the knife.


 Solution, one. Some machine tools are equipped with hard limit switches. First, the shield can be removed, and then the handwheel is shaken to a position similar to the hard limit. There will be some trouble with changing the knife and arm settings. When changing, you need to change the knife and arm. Shake the balance position, In addition to be patient, bit by bit to change the parameters, do not worry about the card machine, will succeed.


 2, a large number of machine tools do not have hard limit switches, are absolute encoders do not need to hit the block, including the height of the reference point of the knife is to use professional equipment to adjust, in this case, can not be seen with the eyes almost. Still need to find professional, because the knife cylinder will push the knife out a distance when playing the knife.
