After the precision adjustment center runs for a period of time, due to the processing strength, the accuracy error will be easily generated again. When the machining precision of the machining center parts is poor, it should be analyzed from the following aspects.
1, CNC aluminum prototype processing accuracy tolerance
Usually due to the adjustment of the installation, the feed dynamics between the axes are not adjusted according to the error, or due to the wear and tear, the shaft transmission chains of the machine tools have changed(such as the gap between the bars, the pitch error change, and the axial movement etc.). It can be resolved by adjusting and modifying the gap compensation amount. When the dynamic tracking error is too large and the alarm, it can be checked whether the servo motor speed is too high. Location check element is good. Whether the position feedback cable connector is in good contact. Whether the corresponding analog output latch and gain potentiometer are good. Whether the corresponding servo drive device is normal.
2, machine tool movement caused by overregulation machining accuracy is not good
It may be that the acceleration and deceleration time is too short, which can appropriately extend the speed change time. It may also be that the connection between the servo motor and the wire bar is loose or rigid, which can appropriately reduce the gain of the position ring.
3, CNC processing center when the two axes of the difference in roundness
1). The axial deformation of the circle: This deformation may be caused by mechanical unadjusted. The accuracy of Axis positioning is not good, or the miscompensation of the gap of the screw will lead to the error of roundness.
2). Oblique ellipse error(ellipse at 45 degrees): The position deviation of each axis should be checked first. If the deviation is too large, the position ring gain can be adjusted to exclude. Then check whether the interface plate of the rotating drive or the induction Synchronizer is properly adjusted, and then check whether the mechanical transmission pair gap is too large and whether the gap compensation is appropriate. Check the accuracy of aluminum prototypes from this aspect, if found problems can be adjusted to solve the problem of accuracy error.
