prototypes are divided into hand prototype and CNC prototype according to the means of process:
(1) Hand prototype: The main workload is done by hand.
(2) CNC prototype: Its main workload is done with CNC machine tools, and depending on the equipment used, it can be divided into RP, Rapid Prototype and CNC prototype.
A: SLA prototype: The prototype is mainly produced using laser rapid prototyping 3d printing technology.
CNC prototype is mainly made from the processing center.
RP prototypes are different from CNC prototypes:
The advantage of RP prototype is mainly manifested in its rapidity, but it is mainly formed by stacking technology, so RP prototype is generally relatively rough, and there are certain requirements for the wall thickness of the product, such as too thin wall thickness can not be produced.
The advantage of the CNC prototype is that it can reflect the information expressed in the drawings very accurately, and the quality of the CNC prototype surface is high, especially after it completes the surface spraying and silk printing, and even more brilliant than the products produced after the mold is opened.
