But now people like to call SLA laser printing 3D printing. In fact, SLA laser printing is different from 3D printing. SLA laser printing: SLA is also called light curing rapid prototyping. The principle is that the laser beam is controlled by computer to scan the surface of Guang Min resin point by point. A thin layer of resin (about a tenth of a millimeter) of the scanned area that is cured by photopolymerization to form a thin layer of parts. The worktable moves down a thick layer so that the cured resin surface is then coated with a new liquid resin, and the next layer is scanned again and again until the entire prototype is finished. Because the photopolymerization reaction is based on the action of light rather than heat, only a low power laser source is needed to work. In addition, because there is no thermal diffusion and the chain reaction can be well controlled, it can ensure that the polymerization reaction does not take place outside the laser point, so the processing accuracy is high), the surface quality is good, the utilization ratio of the raw materials is close to 100, and the shape is complex. Fine parts, high efficiency. For larger parts, we can make them by block forming and bonding. 3D printing technology is the latest rapid prototyping device using light curing and paper stacking technology. It is basically the same as the principle of ordinary printing. There are "printing materials" such as liquid or powder in the printer.
