When we talk to our customers, they ask us how accurate we are in making our prototype models. This is mainly because the higher the precision of the prototype model, the smaller the gap with the actual product, and the more realistic the final test result is, the more favorable the opening model is.
As we all know, the precision of the prototype is high, and there is still a certain gap with the real object. Generally speaking, the precision can be controlled in positive and negative 0.1mm (that is, ten silk) when making the prototype, so there is no problem in making the general protype model. I use the equipment is relatively good, the accuracy can reach 0. 05 to 0. 1 mm, generally the smaller the product is, the higher the accuracy will be.
Especially in the medical industry, the requirements of medical devices are not the same as the others, the requirements for precision are extremely strict. We often do the appearance to make medical white paint, but also need UV effect, material ABS or do UV finish , screw holes need to bury nuts, nuts must be firm. If the price is reasonable, the quality is no problem, the customer will generally cooperate with us for a long time.
