Knowledge: Technical details of cnc rapid prototype
1. Conventional products prototype, generally use ABS material, this material is easy to process, rapid prototype post-processing is more beautiful.
2. High temperature resistant prototype, which can be made of (1) photosensitive resin; (2) Bakelite; (3) black PC; (4) PA (nylon). In addition to black PC can be bonded, the other three can not be bonded, need to be processed as a whole.
3. Wear resistant products prototype, optional POM or PA. These two kinds of materials can not be glued to the prototype and need to be processed as a whole.
4. High toughness rapid prototype, optional PA or PP. These two kinds of materials can not be glued to the prototype and need to be processed as a whole.
5.Transparent products cnc rapid prototype, can choose PMMA (Acrylic ), transparent ABS, transparent PC and other materials. The panels made of these materials are polished and highly transparent to the same effect as the real product.
