What are the three main stages in the production of aluminum alloy die-casting molds? Aluminum alloy die-casting molds are essential tools in the die-casting process. Die-casting technology is a one-time production process for metal parts, involving knowledge of mechanics, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and other aspects. There are many influencing factors, such as die-casting structure, injection speed, pressure, die-casting mold temperature, metal liquid temperature, etc. In summary, die-casting technology is a very complex processing process.

The work of aluminum alloy die-casting molds is to carry the filling of metal liquid, which can be divided into three stages. The first stage is that the metal liquid enters the cavity of the aluminum alloy die-casting mold through the inner gate, and then diffuses around the mold wall before returning to the gate. This stage forms the outer shell of the die-casting;
The second stage is when the metal liquid deposits on the surface of the shell for filling, expanding and merging around the core formed in the first stage, which is a stage where the metal liquid continuously flows and fills;
In the third stage, the metal liquid is completely filled with the aluminum alloy die-casting mold, and the cavity, pouring system, and pressure chamber are a closed fluid dynamics system. In this system, the die-casting is equal in all parts, and the injection force continues to act on the liquid metal liquid through the center of the die-casting until the metal liquid solidifies and forms.
