Accurate hole accuracy often leads to product scrap or repair, and sometimes this is a problem that plagues CNC operators. So how to control the accuracy during the machining process? First of all, our equipment must be good, and the accuracy of the spindle cannot be wrong. Then before processing the fine holes, our knife pendulum should be set up, and it is best to control it within 0.01. Then the length of the tool must be installed strictly according to the length given by the programming, and cannot exceed 2mm. When placing the tool for compensation, carefully check that the input value cannot be wrong. Every time you increase the knife to make up, you must use a plug gauge or caliper to check whether the tolerance is reached, until the tolerance standard is reached.

If you encounter a relatively large bearing hole, you should choose to process it with a boring cutter, because the hole will be a little oval if it is made with a milling cutter, and the verticality will be problematic, which will affect the assembly. The advantage of the boring tool is that the verticality of the hole will not be problematic, and it will not become elliptical. Under normal circumstances, large bearing holes will be selectively resolved with a boring tool. When using a boring tool, be sure to turn the precision switch, and then lock the tool. If you directly use a milling cutter to machine some smaller but deeper holes, it will cause the upper tolerance to the lower tolerance, but not the lower tolerance, thus forming a horn hole. If you encounter such a hole, you can punch a hole that is smaller than the tolerance range first, and then use a milling cutter to turn it down little by little, so that the upper and lower parts of the error will not be too large.
