1. Loud metal noise
The large metal noise in the bearing of the five-axis linkage machining center is often due to poor installation, abnormal fit, lack of lubricant or different surface contact of parts in the rotating state.
In view of the above situation, violent installation should be avoided during the installation process, and heavy objects such as hammers should not hit the bearing to cause its deformation. The bearing clearance of the five-axis machining center, adjust and load, correct the position of the shoulder of the shell, modify the contact part of the curved road seal, and regularly observe the state of the lubricant, and replenish the lubricant in time.
2. Regular noise
The five-axis machining center will cause indentation, rust or scars on the rolling surface due to foreign objects, which will also cause regular noise from the bearing. In this regard, the bearing should be replaced in time, the relevant parts should be cleaned, the sealing device should be improved, and clean lubricant should be used.
During long-term use, the causes of abnormal noise of bearings are wear and excessive use. When the five-axis machining center is working, impurities such as iron filings enter the bearing, causing premature wear of the bearing, because the five-axis linkage machining center is generally equipped with protective baffles, this situation is relatively rare, but it must also cause enough attention.
