The five-axis CNC machining center is a modern high-function processing equipment that integrates the meaning of the mechanical components of the numerical control electrical system. When we are using the machining center operation process, if the numerical control system reports an error, then we can know the cause of the failure through the error code , so as to find out the method to optimize the machining process.

The following are the common alarm situations and corresponding processing methods of the CNC system of the five-axis CNC machining center.
1. The alarm number is: sp9055, and the power module display: 55
This alarm number is the state where the spindle of the five-axis CNC machining center is in the switching control or output switching control, and the switching request signal and the power line status confirmation signal are continuously inconsistent during the motor excitation process.
The methods for troubleshooting this alarm are:
A. When the power line is cut and the electromagnetic contactor is not in good contact, confirm the power contact status of the electromagnetic contactor. If it cannot be repaired, replace the magnetic contactor directly.
B. The wiring for contact confirmation of the electromagnetic contactor or the I/O unit is faulty. If a problem is found, replace the wiring or I/O unit.
C. Correct the sequence, do not switch during the excitation process.

2. The alarm number is: SP9071, the digital tube display of the power module: 71
When sp9071 appears in the double safety check, if the safety parameters are abnormal, an alarm will appear. The safety parameters should be reset or the control printed circuit board of the CPU or SPM should be replaced.
3. The alarm number is: SP9015, the digital tube display of the power module: 15
This alarm occurs when the sequence of the switching operation of the output switching control or the spindle switching control is not executed correctly or the request signal changes for 1 second or longer.
Troubleshooting method when the sp9015 alarm occurs: Confirm the contact condition of the power supply of the electromagnetic contactor, if it cannot be repaired, replace the electromagnetic contactor; the wiring for confirming the contact of the electromagnetic contactor or the I/O unit is faulty, if any problem is found, please replace the wiring I /O unit; if the ladder program is wrong, it should be dealt with in time to complete the switch within 1sec.
