Before entering the job position, all employees should inspect whether their clothing meets the job requirements. It is not allowed to wear slippers, high heels, or clothes that affect safety during the processing of hardware accessories. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets. Maintain precise posture during work and have ample energy to cope with work. If you find any discomfort, quickly leave your job position and report it to your supervisor. When manipulating, one must gather their thoughts and refrain from chatting and cooperating with each other. Operators should not operate in a state of irritability or fatigue to avoid incidents and ensure safe operation. 2、 Before mechanical work, check whether the active part is filled with smooth oil. After processing the hardware accessories, start and inspect whether the clutch and brake are normal. Run the machine tool idle for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine when there are obstacles. 3、 When replacing the mold, first turn off the power and stop the moving part of the punch before starting the installation and debugging of the mold. After the installation and adjustment are completed, manually move the flywheel and test punch twice to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and correct, whether the screws are secure, and whether the edge pressing ring is in the correct position. 4、 Be sure to wait for all other employees to leave the mechanical work area and remove any debris from the workbench before starting the power switch. 5、 After the machine is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. The rest of the people are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch board, nor can they put their hands into the mechanical work area or use their hands to move the moving parts of the machine. During mechanical operation, prevent hands from reaching into the working area of the slider, and strictly prohibit using hands to pick up or place workpieces. When taking and placing workpieces in the stamping die, it is necessary to use equipment that meets the standards. If any abnormal noise or mechanical malfunction is found, the power switch should be immediately turned off for inspection. 6、 At the end of the workday, the idle power should be turned off and the formed items, scraps, and debris in the position should be cleaned to ensure a clean and safe working environment. The above operating procedures must be consciously followed. Do not operate in violation of regulations, create obstacles, and cooperate with maintenance personnel for inspection. If an event occurs, immediately cut off the power supply, and maintain on-site reporting to the factory department for handling. All consequences caused by violating the operating procedures shall be borne by the parties involved.
