24,what is the advantages of vacuum casting?
Vacuum casting is to make a silicone mould to copy prototypes.one mould can copy 8-10 protototypes. If so,the cost will be control,the price will lower than cnc.
25,what is the disadvantages of vacuum casting?
The prototypes will shrink,so the tolerance is little high.high precision prototypes is not good choice.of course,we can discuss it from real case,and also,we will give our advice to you,so that you can make the right choice with low cost.
26,how many pcs is good for vacuum casting?
Generally,The quantity is higher than 5pcs,silicone mould is cheapest solution.
If the quantity is lower than 5pcs,the price will be near to cnc.i do not advise to choose vacuum casting.
