There are many kinds of surface treatment technology of prototype model, such as oxidation, sandblasting, grinding, radium carving, electroplating, wire drawing and so on. Today, we will analyze the surface treatment technology of drawing wire. What does Russ mean? As we all know, drawing is a metal surface treatment process. Surface drawing is a method of surface treatment by forming a line on the surface of the workpiece. The drawing process of prototype can be generally divided into straight, irregular, thread, corrugated and spin.
1, straight wire drawing
The straight wire drawing is divided into two kinds: continuous thread and intermittent thread. There is a slight difference between continuous and intermittent silk patterns.
2, striped wire
This paper introduces a kind of irregular and unmarked lines of sublustrous silk which is obtained by using copper wire brush to move and rub aluminum plate.
3, corrugated wire
By using the axial motion of the upper group of grinding rollers, the wave-like pattern is obtained by grinding the surface of the prototype model in the brushing machine or the striping machine.
4, spindle-drawn wire
It is a kind of silk grain obtained by installing cylindrical felt or lapping nylon wheel on drilling machine, mixing with kerosene and polishing ointment, and rotating polishing the surface of the prototype model.
5, thread drawing
A small motor with circular felt on the shaft is fixed on the table, 60 degrees with the edge of the table. In addition, a towing plate with fixed aluminum plate is made, and thread drawing is obtained by rotation of the felt and straight line movement of the trawl.
